Eaten chocolate for the first time in weeks, and feel really sick from it :-( Also entered the Race for Life on June 11th. Only 5km but would feel better if got fitter/lost some weight first. Everything feels a bit out of control at the moment, maybe my health should be my priority….

Been off the Paleo wagon for a few months due to partner being in hospital and general stresses. Now life is more normal again have noticed weight creeping up - not good. Was going to wait til New Year but read something on here that reminded me that would be a waste of a month I could have done something with. So back to the mainly Paleo healthy eating with the aim of getting from 148 to 133...

After a weeks holiday and a week of eating like a pig it’s time to try again before my waistbands get any tighter :-) Only me to feed all week so should be easier and cheaper to get back into Paleo. 59 days until my Bday so that is my timescale to hopefully lose 14 pounds and get to my UGW…..

Last night ate too many biscuits and a pack of crisps. Felt awful, not just mentally but physically :-( Stomach ache and bloating, and really bad nights sleep. Think this proves after a couple of months without wheat that it really doesn’t agree with me. So learn from mistakes and move on. 25 days til my holiday and need to fit back into my last summer clothes. Back on the paleo plan...

Well it’s been a tough one this week. Ran out of money until payday (10th) and the cupboards were looking a bit bare. But I did it. Used some shopping vouchers for vegetables and fruit and then wrote detailed lists of possible meal combos from the things I did have in. Survived a week of Paleo on very little ingredients, plenty of tins of tuna and broccoli. Thanks to lovely boyfriend...
So am down to 141 lbs :-) That’s 1 lb from my first target, and 8 from my original UGW… Also 2 inches from bust, 2 from waist, 1 from hips, and 2 from each thigh! Done first major shop while eating healthy. Was almost like doing it in reverse as first time I have started in the fruit and veg section of the store followed by the meat and fish. By the time I got to the rest of the store my trolley was nearly full, great incentive not to add too many treats for the rest of the family.
