So am down to 141 lbs :-) That’s 1 lb from my first target, and 8 from my original UGW…
Also 2 inches from bust, 2 from waist, 1 from hips, and 2 from each thigh!
Best parts so far : no afternoon energy slump, skin clearer, stomach flatter and stomach aches gone.
Worst parts : increased food bill (need to find a good local market), problems finding grass fed or even free range meat, need to be more organised with breakfasts (don’t like eggs which appear to be the quickest option)
All in all will keep plodding along :-) It’s worth it.
